Education has always been a cornerstone of my professional journey and is deeply rooted in my belief that lifelong learning is essential for personal and professional development. As a faculty member, I develop and deliver the course Sustainability Performance. In addition, I help build a curriculum for a learning trajectory in Responsible Entrepreneurship.

At UoC I am researching how the development of "meta peripheral vision" as a cognitive discipline can enhance an organization's ability to detect and act upon weak signals for fostering sustainable innovation.
